Welcome to Module 4!
With this module we are going to finish up our basic striking and blocking techniques.
Additionally, we are going to cover a new breathing technique to add to your meditation sessions and you are going to learn your first Qigong exercise.
Lastly, we are adding a couple new bodyweight exercises, and a new dumbbell routine.
