Hi, I’m Scott Cole, the creator of Champion of Aging.
I have a quick question for you…
How do you want to age?
Unfortunately, we can’t stop the aging process.
And while certain choices we make in life will certainly have a negative impact on our longevity (smoking, excessive drinking, risk taking, etc), there is no guarantee that our good choices will help us live a longer life.
So, my focus here is not on longevity.
Instead, my focus is on quality of life at an advanced age, in case I live a longer life.
In other words, if I make it to 85, I want to still be able to do most of the things I’ve done most of my life, such as play golf, swim in the ocean, travel to amazing places, etc.
In that regard, barring a significant accident or illness, we have significant control over our quality of life.
But there is a caveat… you can’t wait too long, or you will miss the window of opportunity to be sure your quality of life is good if you live past 75.
That window seems to close some time in our eighth decade (our 70s).
Beyond those years, it becomes extremely difficult to build muscle, improve bone density, and improve our mobility.

My comparison photo… age 52 vs age 57
Like many of you reading this, I was on the wrong path… getting fatter as I got older, losing strength and mobility.
Most of us past the age of 50 have at least some wear and tear to deal with, and I am no different.
I’ve been dealing with a back issue for over 20 years.
However, that hasn’t stopped me from turning things around with my health and fitness.
And now I am here to help others do the same.
We only get to use this body we are born with once. We may as well get the most out of it.
If you are over 50, 60, or even 70, you can still get things turned around.
I created Champion of Aging to provide you with all of the information you need to give yourself the best opportunity at a high quality of life, just in case you live to an advanced age.
There are multiple ways I can help you out… the blog, my newsletter and my paid training.
